The I-Drive Property Flood Study included the development of a dedicated stormwater model to determine the existing 100-year floodplain elevations within a property located on International Drive in the City of Orlando, Florida.

About the project
The stormwater model included approximately 996 acres and analyzed the hydrology and hydraulics of the study area. The model included flow within an existing network of canals and terminated at the confluence with Shingle Creek. The stormwater model was submitted to the City of Orlando for review and approval. Upon City of Orlando approval, the model was submitted to the Federal Emergency Management District (FEMA) for a Letter of Map Revision to the existing FEMA FIRM panel.
