About the project

This was a re-development project which required demolition of two existing buildings and relocation of existing water, sewer, electrical conduit, chilled water, and fire mains to provide a clear site for the construction of the new building. The Phase 4 project included civil final engineering design, permitting through the City of Orlando, St. Johns River Water Management District, Orlando Utilities Commission, FDEP, and construction administration services.
