The Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education Committee and the Environment & Land Use Law Section will be presenting an upcoming seminar “Constant Change in Florida Land Use & Environmental Law” this Thursday, January 26, 2017.

We are very excited to announce our Planning Group Leader, Kathy Hattaway, will be one of the speakers on the panel Zoning Overlays and Vested Rights, A Case Study.

Kathy  is a recognized expert within the complex world of land planning. She has managed numerous high profile development and consulting teams, earning a trusted reputation with clients on the local and national stages. In addition to her regulatory and pre-development knowledge, Kathy is a gifted public speaker and seasoned meeting facilitator. She was an early proponent of incorporating public involvement programs and strategies into the development approval process, and has honed those skills with public and private sector clients

Kathy currently chairs the ULI Florida Housing & Community Development Product Council, and is active in theGreater Orlando Builders Association Developers Council and the American Planning Association.

The seminar will be held at Florida A&M College of Law, 201 Beggs Avenue Orlando, FL 32801, and the Zoning Overlays and Vested Rights, A Case Study session will be from 8:15-9:05 AM.
