As we are all experiencing a disruptive environment as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, we wanted to take this time to inform you of the steps we are taking as a company to address the challenges we are facing.  Our focus remains on your professional services needs while caring for the health and safety of our clients, our employees, and our community.  To that end, we are/have taken the following actions:

  • The health and safety of our staff is a top priority. With a healthy P&B team, we will continue to provide our services in a manner to minimize disruptions. We have remote work arrangements in place and have enhanced our remote working technology to better enable our team members to efficiently and effectively work from their homes.
  • As social distancing becomes increasingly important, we are have paused all in-person meetings and instead utilizing teleconference and virtual meetings via web-conferencing. As always, we remain available to you via email and phone calls.
  • We are continuing to monitor and work with the counties, cities, and other state and local review agencies regarding changes in procedures for submitting information as well as public hearings and approvals.
  • We have a staff member at the office to be able to accept deliveries and coordinate office needs. We ask all people making deliveries to the office to abide by the latest CDC recommendations

We will continue our work diligently on your projects and should we identify potential schedule impacts, we will notify you accordingly.  The regulatory landscape with regard to the review and approval process is changing daily with municipalities and agencies responding to the crisis.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to your Poulos & Bennett contact with any questions and concerns you may have.

We thank you for your continued trust in Poulos & Bennett as we all work through this global challenge together
