About the project
The Project included preparation of the Master Drainage Plan and Phosphorus Loading/Removal Calculations for conceptual permitting through the SFWMD and Orange County.
The project is a 1285 +/- acre mixed use development within the Lake Hart drainage basin. The stormwater system analysis included pre-development conditions including 747+/- acres of offsite contributing basins and modeling of the Hart Branch wetland slough which traverses north to south across the project.
The post-development conditions analysis prepared and permitted provided design for water quality, water quantity, floodplain compensating storage, and phosphorus loading/removal calculations. The post-development conditions model included 21 wet detention ponds, isolated on-site wetlands, and the Hart Branch Slough.
