For the past twelve weeks, the Poulos & Bennett Team has worked toward healthier lifestyles! By tracking steps, exercise, and preventative measures, we hope each person at P&B is stronger and better than they were at the beginning of the summer. Each week, participants would try to hit target goals in key areas of health. To add support, some of the staff attended a weekly class with Kim Lett, a Registered Dietician and Nutritionist, who led wellness classes every Tuesday.
We love making P&B a healthy place to work, and it has been fun to watch everyone sign up for races, compete in weekly step goals, and drop pounds over the summer! As a reward, each person who reached a target milestone received an Amazon gift card from us. As we wrap up the program, it is our hope that the healthy habits set during the summer will continue throughout the year!
