Richard Bobletz, P.E.


Richard has over 35 years of experience directing numerous Transportation Planning, Traffic Engineering and Roadway Design projects. This has included Preliminary Roadway Design and Corridor Studies, access management design, major roadway design, intersection design, stormwater management system design and parking lot designs. These services have been provided to and for public and private clients. He has managed and coordinated multi-disciplined, multiple design team efforts in support of Major and Minor Highway design projects such as PD&E Studies, Preliminary Engineering Studies and Final Design for state and local agencies.

Additionally, Richard’s experience includes Site, Residential Development, Stormwater Management system design, Bridge Hydraulics Reports and Conceptual Basin Studies. Through his extensive knowledge of federal, state, regional, and local stormwater and land development regulations, Richard has permitted Stormwater Management designs and Water and Wastewater systems through local governments, water management districts and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP).
