Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the design teams
  • Coordinate with municipal staff
  • Coordinate with the company’s clients
  • Management of data and information (such as permit expiration dates)
  • Coordination with vendors (such as courier and printing services)
  • Use personal vehicle to make permit submissions in person at various public agencies
  • Upload permit submissions digitally
  • Research data for design teams
  • Prepare letters, transmittal forms, memos, etc.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Highly organized
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Detail oriented
  • Must work well on teams
  • Must be solution oriented
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
  • Land development permitting required

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • College courses, certifications, degree a plus
