Marc Stehli has over 30 years of professional experience within the Central Florida area providing comprehensive civil engineering design and permitting services for land development projects in both the public and private sectors. His experience includes due diligence analyses, conceptual master planning, project entitlement, infrastructure design, project scheduling, and budgeting for new and redevelopment municipal and private land development projects.

His permitting experience includes local governments, water management districts, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and Reedy Creek Improvement District (RCID). Marc is a LEED Accredited Professional and experienced in LEED project design.
