Human Resource / Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Human Resource Coordination

Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending resource policies and procedures; Assist in maintaining key staff by recruiting, on-boarding and orienting for new employees;  Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; Maintain employee benefits programs, inform employees of benefits  and assessing benefit needs and trends; Assist employees with questions regarding benefits; Schedule and maintain employee annual performance reviews; Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential; Additional HR duties as needed.

  • Administrative Assistance

Assist in the monitoring and tracking of client and sub-consultant project contracts; General administrative functions including word processing, spreadsheet preparation, MS PowerPoint, scheduling and other tasks as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Benefits coordination experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of applicable Human Resource experience
