Darin has over 30 years of engineering, construction, and development experience ranging from small to multimillion-dollar projects for planned communities, commercial development, airports, schools and amusement parks. His experience includes conceptual planning, structural analysis and design, as well as stormwater, roadway, and potable water/sanitary sewer design and construction, for the private and public sector.
Darin has extensive knowledge of state, regional, and local stormwater and land development regulations. His permitting experience includes local governments, water management districts, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP).
