Allison McGillis

PLANNNING TEAM LEAD

Allison has more than ten years of professional experience. She specializes in land use planning, local government policy, and pre-development applications such as comprehensive plan amendments, zoning amendments, planned developments, conditional use applications, and sector plans. She is also skilled in public engagement, code development, mapping, and analysis, with a focus on collaboration as a means of achieving positive outcomes.

Prior to joining P&B, she worked in the public sector as a local government planner and as an environmental consultant providing clients advice on real estate transactions as it relates to environmental compliance and policy. During her time as a public sector planner, she served as staff liaison to several government boards and committees, and is a graduate of Leadership Winter Park. She graduated from Rollins College with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and Civic Urbanism and a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning. She holds a certification from the Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU-A) and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
