Rick Ortiz has over 32 years of experience in civil engineering, stormwater management, drainage design, and land development design in the private sector. His experience includes due diligence analyses, master stormwater plans, master utility plans, representation at public hearings, and the design and preparation of site civil engineering construction plans for urban infill, and redevelopment sites. He has extensive knowledge of state, regional, and local stormwater and land development regulations. Rick’s permitting experience includes local governments, water management districts, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and Reedy Creek Improvement District (RCID).
