Jamie Poulos has over 25 years of experience in civil engineering, stormwater management, drainage design, and land development design in both the public and private sectors. His experience includes due diligence analyses, master stormwater plans, master utility plans, representation at public hearings, and the design and preparation of site civil engineering construction plans for greenfield, urban infill, and redevelopment sites for residential and commercial projects. He has extensive knowledge of federal, state, regional, and local stormwater and land development regulations.

Jamie’s permitting experience includes local governments, water management districts, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). Jamie is also a LEED Accredited Professional and experienced in LEED project design. Jamie also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Central Florida College of Environmental and Civil Engineering. Jamie is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida, North Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Connecticut, and Ohio.
